Ex: A music video can be done with a $500 budget, but a larger budget range could afford things like a potential lighting crew, larger production cameras/ crew men, makeup artists, locations, rentals, etc. all contributing to a higher/ bigger production value. The same concept applies to shoots of all kinds.
