Las Vegas Video Production
Most companies film in Las Vegas once a year, at the show, in a building they have never worked in before, on a schedule that has no room in it.
The crew that has been in that building before is worth more than the crew with the better camera.
We produce corporate video in Las Vegas for conferences, conventions, brand activations and ongoing content, and we have filmed at most of the rooms you are likely to be booked into.
Send us the dates and the venue and we will tell you what the coverage needs to look like.
Corporate Video Production in Las Vegas
Filming a corporate event in Las Vegas is not the same job as filming one anywhere else, and the difference is the building.
Convention halls are built for throughput rather than for recording. Air handling runs constantly and puts a low hum under everything. Airwall dividers leak audio from the session next door, which at a large show may be louder than yours. Service doors open mid session. None of it registers with the audience and all of it registers on a recording.
The room also decides what is possible before anyone picks up a camera. Where the crew is allowed to stand, whether a press feed from the sound desk is available, and whether the load in schedule leaves time to set up at all are all settled with the venue rather than on the day.
We plan those things in advance because we have already had the conversation with most of these venues.
What We Film
Conference and convention coverage
Multi day programmes with keynote sessions, breakouts and a show floor. Sessions recorded to survive as standalone pieces rather than as footage for a highlight film, because a keynote is worth more released on its own than buried in a two minute edit.
Brand activations and product launches
Stand builds, demonstrations and the moments an activation is designed to produce. Filmed while the floor is busy rather than staged before it opens, because an empty stand does not sell anything to anyone watching afterwards.
Speaker and executive interviews
Short interviews recorded on site, in a quiet room booked for the purpose. These have to happen on the day. Nobody gives the same answer three weeks later over a video call, because by then it has become a considered opinion rather than a reaction.
Same day content
Short clips cut and delivered while the event is still running, for social and for internal channels. Useful when the audience you want to reach is not in the room.
Ongoing monthly content
For companies producing video on a schedule rather than once a year. A regular shoot day, a consistent look, and a predictable delivery rhythm rather than a scramble before each campaign.
Where We Have Filmed in Las Vegas
Every room films differently. These are venues we have worked in and what each one actually demands.
Mandalay Bay Convention Center
Large halls with long sightlines and constant air handling. Audio has to be arranged with the house team in advance rather than requested on the morning, because by then the audio engineer has six other problems.
The Cosmopolitan
Smaller, darker rooms with strong design and mixed lighting. Better for interviews and executive sessions than for wide coverage.
MGM Grand Conference Center
Ballrooms divided by airwalls, which means the session next door is on your recording unless the microphones are placed with that in mind.
Resorts World
Newer building, better power and rigging, and staff used to working with outside crews. One of the easier venues on the Strip to film in.
Caesars Palace and SpeedVegas
Two ends of the range. A traditional hotel conference floor, and an outdoor motorsport venue where the light and the noise are the job.

A corporate programme across the MGM conference floor, filmed around a room divided by airwalls.
Common Questions
How much does video production cost in Las Vegas?
It depends on how many days, how many people are filming, and what the footage has to do afterwards. A single session recorded cleanly and a multi day programme with interviews and same day edits are different budgets entirely. Send us the dates and the venue and you will get a straight number.
Do you travel to Las Vegas or are you based there?
We travel in from Los Angeles, which is the normal arrangement for corporate work here. Most companies filming in Las Vegas are visiting too. We arrive ahead of the event rather than on the morning of it.
Can you handle a multi day convention?
Yes. Multi day programmes are most of what we film in Las Vegas, and the planning that makes them work happens weeks before the first day.
Do you deliver content during the event?
Yes, where it is agreed in advance. Same day clips need to be built into the schedule rather than added to it, because the editing happens between sessions.
Do you film photography as well?
Yes, with the same team on the same day. The stills and the film get planned together rather than by two suppliers working around each other.
What do you need from the venue?
A named contact on the audio team, permission for an independent recorder, and a slot during rehearsal to check levels. Those three things prevent most of what goes wrong, and they are arranged in the weeks before rather than on the day.
